The presiding official shall maintain an official record of the public informational hearing, consisting of:

1. A. The permit application and related documents;
2. B. Pertinent studies, reports, evaluations, or other documents of the Administration;
3. C. Copies of notices required under Regulations .03B and .05A of this chapter, including certifications of publication;
4. D. Requests for the public informational hearing;
5. E. The attendance register;
6. F. Documents, written statements, and other exhibits submitted at the public informational hearing; and
7. G. The recording of the public informational hearing.
