- A. A record of the proceeding by tape recording or stenographic notes or symbols shall be made at the expense of the Office of Hearings. This record need not be transcribed unless requested by a party, by the hearing examiner, or by the Secretary.
- B. Any party which desires a copy of the transcript may request one. A party may request the Department to share in the cost of transcription or to waive transcription. For good cause shown, the Office of Hearings may pay or advance all or part of the cost.
