- A. The Office of Hearings shall serve, or cause to be served, reasonable written notice of the hearing on the parties and to all persons who have filed written petitions to intervene in the matter.
B. The hearing notice shall contain:
- (1) The date, time, place, and nature of the hearing;
- (2) A statement of the right to present witnesses and documents at the hearing;
- (3) A statement of the right to request subpoenas for witnesses and documents as provided by law; and
- (4) A statement that a copy of the hearing procedures may be obtained at the Office of Hearings.
