The Commission shall post a notice of each proposed public art project on the website of the Maryland State Arts Council, stating:

1. A. A general description of the type of artwork to be commissioned;
2. B. A description of the site for which the artwork will be commissioned;
3. C. An estimated budget for the public art project; and
4. D. The deadline by which applications shall be filed.
