The proceeds of the loan may be used for any purposes approved by the Authority and permitted by the Act, including:

1. A. Working capital;
2. B. Acquisition of real property and the construction of new buildings or renovation of existing buildings;
3. C. Acquisition and installation of machinery and equipment;
4. D. The obtaining of additional credit enhancements such as a letter of credit; and
5. E. Acquisition of stock.
