1. A. The Executive Director shall report the results of the election to the Board of Trustees at the next meeting of the Board of Trustees after canvassing of ballots is complete..
2. B. On receipt of the results, the Board of Trustees shall certify the results of the election and direct the Executive Director to notify the certified candidates.
