1. A. Contractors and subcontractors that elect to make payments as described in Regulation .02 of this chapter shall pay 25 cents per individual per hour, for each employee who is employed to complete the contract, to:

   1. (1) A registered apprenticeship program; or
   2. (2) The Fund.
2. B. Payments described in §A of this regulation shall be made on a monthly basis.
