A Proper invoice, required as payment documentation, must include the following information, without error:

1. A. The contractor’s federal employer’s identification number or Social Security number;
2. B. The procurement contract or purchase order number or another adequate description of the procurement contract; and
3. C. Any documentation required by regulation or the procurement contract.
