1. A. A subscriber organization shall maintain the following information for each project operating under the Program:

   1. (1) Ownership information;
   2. (2) Technical and managerial expertise;
   3. (3) Business address;

   4. (4) Project design details, including:

      1. (a) Project location/service territory;
      2. (b) A/C output capacity;
      3. (c) Equipment list; and
      4. (d) Interconnection requirements;

   5. (5) Subscriber data as directed by the Commission, including:

      1. (a) Household income;
      2. (b) Credit rating; and
      3. (c) Other data; and

   6. (6) Subscription information, including:

      1. (a) Rates;
      2. (b) Fees; and
      3. (c) Terms and conditions.
2. B. A subscriber organization shall provide the information in §A of this regulation to the Commission upon request.
3. C. A subscriber organization shall provide to the Commission, in a timely manner, information requested by the Commission concerning the operation of a community solar energy generating system.
