1. A. Each qualified offshore wind project shall report all of the following information to the Commission within 2 years before the expiration of the term of an OREC price schedule:

   1. (1) Anticipated PJM revenues for the project for the 5-year period immediately following expiration of the term of the OREC price schedule; and
   2. (2) Anticipated project operating costs for the project for the 5-year period immediately following expiration of the term of the OREC price schedule.

2. B. Each qualified offshore wind project shall report all of the following information to the Commission within 2 years of expiration of an additional 5-year term extended under Public Utilities Article, §7-704.2(d), Annotated Code of Maryland:

   1. (1) Anticipated PJM revenues for the project for the 5-year period immediately following expiration of the 5-year term extended under Public Utilities Article, §7-704.2(d), Annotated Code of Maryland; and
   2. (2) Anticipated project operating costs for the project for the 5-year period immediately following expiration of the 5-year term extended under Public Utilities Article, §7-704.2(d), Annotated Code of Maryland.
