1. A. A utility that uses budget billing to determine a customer's bill shall perform a final budget reconciliation for the commodity portion of the bill on the switch of a customer from sales service to a supplier service.
2. B. A utility's portion of a budget bill amount for a customer who is served by a supplier shall be based solely on the utility's regulated charges.
3. C. For those customers who otherwise have a budget billing option, a utility shall make budget billing available for supplier charges.
