1. A. On request of a supplier, a utility shall provide the following applicable customer information:

   1. (1) Account name;
   2. (2) Billing address;
   3. (3) Energy assistance household status;
   4. (4) Service address;
   5. (5) Utility account number and any other number designated by the utility as necessary to process an enrollment;
   6. (6) Bill cycle;
   7. (7) Utility rate class or code; and
   8. (8) Monthly historical consumption for the previous 12 months.
2. B. A utility shall provide the information in §A of this regulation to a supplier through an electronic transaction approved by the Commission.
