1. A. Reports.

   1. (1) An operator shall immediately make a telephonic notification to the Commission and the local emergency management agency of a hazardous liquid release reported as required by 49 CFR §195.52.
   2. (2) An operator shall maintain and file with the Commission all reports that are required to be filed with the United States Department of Transportation by 49 CFR Part 195.
2. B. Records. An operator shall maintain and make available to the Commission for inspection all documents and records required by 49 CFR Part 195.
