1. A. On request of a supplier, a utility shall provide the following applicable customer information:

   1. (1) Account name;
   2. (2) Billing address;
   3. (3) Service address;
   4. (4) Utility account number and any other number designated by the utility as necessary to process an enrollment;
   5. (5) Bill cycle;
   6. (6) Voltage level;
   7. (7) Utility rate class or code;
   8. (8) Energy assistance household status;
   9. (9) Load profile;
   10. (10) Meter number;
   11. (11) Meter type;
   12. (12) Multiple meter indicator;
   13. (13) Peak load contribution;
   14. (14) Metered demand;
   15. (15) Billed demand;
   16. (16) Monthly historical demand for the previous 12 months;
   17. (17) Monthly historical consumption for the previous 12 months;
   18. (18) Monthly time-of-use data for the previous 12 months; and
   19. (19) Interval meter data for the previous 12 months.
2. B. A utility shall provide the information in §A of this regulation to a supplier through an electronic transaction approved by the Commission.
