Organic animal producers shall follow regulations, as provided under COMAR 15.22.03, concerning:

1. A. Revocation or suspension of permit to use Maryland logos;
2. B. Enforcement and complaint investigation;
3. C. Hearings and appeals;
4. D. Violations of regulations; and
5. E. Public access.
