1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Biodiesel” means a renewable, biodegradable fuel that is manufactured from vegetable oils, animal fats, or recycled grease.
   2. (2) “Biodiesel blend” means a motor fuel comprised of a minimum of 20 percent biodiesel fuel.
   3. (3) “Department” means Maryland Department of Agriculture.
   4. (4) “Device” means any weighing or measuring instrument or meter used for measuring the amount of fuel distributed by an organization.
