1. A. In this regulation, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Locally-constructed relocatable classroom” means a relocatable classroom that is constructed at the school site.
   2. (2) “Model Performance Code” means the construction standards stated in COMAR 09.12.50.03:
   3. (3) “Pre-manufactured unit” means a relocatable classroom that is constructed off-site and transported to the school site.
   4. (4) “Relocatable classroom” means a classroom unit that is capable of being disconnected and transported from one school site and reinstalled at another school site.
