In order to obtain an Individual Exchange CSC enrollment permit, an individual shall:

1. A. Complete the training program specified under Insurance Article, §31-113(k), Annotated Code of Maryland, and COMAR 14.35.02.04A; and
2. B. Successfully pass the examination specified under COMAR 14.35.02.04D.
