This chapter outlines the requirements for the determination of rates for the following services purchased by the departments for children:

1. A. Residential services licensed by:

   1. (1) The Department of Human Services;
   2. (2) The Department of Juvenile Services;
   3. (3) The Maryland Department of Health; or
   4. (4) Any State department;
2. B. Nonresidential services in programs approved or accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education, under COMAR 13A.09.10, or the Department of Juvenile Services; and
3. C. Out-of-State services from providers licensed, accredited, certified, or approved by the providers' respective states and approved for placement by the departments described in Regulation .02B(9) of this chapter.
