1. A. To ensure compliance with adopted standards, the Administration may test a covered product to verify compliance with its applicable minimum efficiency standard.

2. B. If a covered product tested is found to be out of compliance with its applicable minimum efficiency standards, the Administration shall:

   1. (1) Charge the manufacturer of the product for the cost of product purchase and testing; and
   2. (2) Make information available to the public on products found to be out of compliance with the standards by appropriate means.
