1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Applicant” means an individual or governmental unit that requests the inspection and reproduction of a public record.
   2. (2) “Custodian” means the official custodian who is an officer or employee of the Authority and who is responsible for keeping the public record.

   3. (3) “Public record” means the original or a copy of any documentary material that is made by the Authority or received in connection with the transaction of public business, and is in any form, including:

      1. (a) A card;
      2. (b) A computerized record;
      3. (c) Correspondence;
      4. (d) A drawing;
      5. (e) Film or microfilm;
      6. (f) A form;
      7. (g) A map;
      8. (h) A photograph or photostat;
      9. (i) A recording; or
      10. (j) A tape.
