1. A. A person may request to inspect or copy any public record that is in the custody and control of the Authority and which, under the provisions of the Public Information Act, the Authority is required to make available to the public.

2. B. Requests for public records shall:

   1. (1) Be made in writing;
   2. (2) Be addressed to the official custodian;
   3. (3) Contain the applicant's name and address; and
   4. (4) Reasonably identify by brief description the specific record sought.
