Within 30 days of a written request, a cannabis licensee shall provide any data and information required by the Office of Social Equity to:

1. A. Complete statutorily mandated reports;
2. B. Evaluate the diversity and equity of ownership, management, employment, and contracted goods and services in the legal cannabis economy in Maryland; and
3. C. Operate and evaluate the Social Equity Partnership Grant Program.
