1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meaning indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) "Authority" means the Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority.
   2. (2) “Open session” means a meeting of the Authority required to be open to the public pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, State Government Article, Title 10, Subtitle 5, Annotated Code of Maryland.
