1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Commission” includes the Maryland Higher Education Commission, its advisory councils, its committees, and any other public bodies under the authority and acting on behalf of the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
   2. (2) “Open session” means a meeting of the Commission that is required to be open to the public pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, State Government Article, Title 10, Subtitle 5, Annotated Code of Maryland.
