1. A. A written handwashing procedure approved by the office shall be posted at each sink used for washing hands.

2. B. Hands shall be washed according to the posted approved procedure by a center employee, substitute, volunteer, or child in care at least:

   1. (1) After toileting or diapering;
   2. (2) Before food preparation or eating; and
   3. (3) After an outdoor activity or handling an animal.
3. C. Diapering shall be performed in accordance with a written diapering procedure approved by the office.
