1. A. An individual may not advertise a family child care service unless the individual holds a current certificate of registration issued by the office.

2. B. An advertisement of the family child care service by a provider shall:

   1. (1) Specify that the family child care home is registered; and
   2. (2) Include the registration number issued to the home by the office.
