   3. (3) Health-General Article, §§4-302 and 4-305, Annotated Code of Maryland;
   4. (4) Executive Order 01.01.1983.18; and 34 CFR §361.49 governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information about Division clients.
2. B. The regulations governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by the Disability Determination Service are set forth at 20 CFR 401.
