1. A. Submission of Public Charter School Policy to the State Board.

   1. (1) Each local board shall develop a public charter school policy and provide it to the State Board.

   2. (2) The policy required under §A(1) of this regulation shall include guidelines and procedures regarding:

      1. (a) Evaluation of public charter schools;
      2. (b) Revocation of a charter;
      3. (c) Reporting requirements;
      4. (d) Financial, programmatic, or compliance audits of public charter schools; and
      5. (e) Calculation of commensurate funding, including the formula established under Regulation .13 of this chapter.
   3. (3) The policy required under §A(1) of this regulation, including any updates or amendments made to the policy, shall be provided to the Department and made available on request and posted on the website of the local board.
