1. A. The Central Repository shall process an application for a printed statement according to provisions under Health-General Article, §§9-1904, 19-1905, and 19-1907, Annotated Code of Maryland.

2. B. The Central Repository shall issue a printed statement under this chapter only to:

   1. (1) An adult dependent care program; or
   2. (2) A covered individual.
