1. A. With the exception of notice of hearings conducted under Correctional Services Article, §8-115, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Chairman shall send written notice of hearings to all parties at least 10 calendar days before the date of the hearings. Written notice of hearings conducted under Correctional Services Article, §8-115, Annotated Code of Maryland, shall be provided to all parties at least 72 hours before the time of the hearings.

2. B. All notices of hearings shall state the:

   1. (1) Date, time, and place of the hearing;
   2. (2) Legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held;
   3. (3) Particular sections of statutes and rules, including rules of procedures, involved;
   4. (4) Nature of the hearing; and
   5. (5) Matters asserted, and issues involved, in a short and simple manner.
