1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Crime of violence” has the meaning stated in Criminal Law Article, §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland.
   2. (2) “Criminal History Record Information (CHRI)” has the meaning stated in Criminal Procedure Article, §10-201, Annotated Code of Maryland.
   3. (3) “Director” means the Director of the Division of Parole and Probation.
   4. (4) “Division” means the Division of Parole and Probation.

   5. (5) “Individual of record” means the individual:

      1. (a) To whom the certificate or a denial of the certificate shall be issued; and

      2. (b) Either:

         1. (i) Whose supervision history will be reviewed to determine eligibility for a Certificate of Completion; or
         2. (ii) Whose criminal history and supervision history will be reviewed to determine eligibility for a Certificate of Rehabilitation.
   6. (6) “Supervised” means that an individual is placed under the jurisdiction of the Division.
