1. A. An incarcerated individual who was previously involuntarily suspended from the RDP for 1 year may re-apply to participate in the RDP.

2. B. An incarcerated individual reapplying for the RDP following being involuntarily suspended from the RDP for 1 year shall be readmitted if the incarcerated individual:

   1. (1) Has completed the period of suspension related to the involuntary suspension;
   2. (2) Makes a request in accordance with provisions under Regulation .04 of this chapter; and
   3. (3) Is approved for the RDP in accordance with provisions under Regulation .04 of this chapter.
