1. A. A visitor shall present one of the following types of identification:

   1. (1) Driver's license;
   2. (2) Age of majority card;
   3. (3) Birth certificate;
   4. (4) Social security card; or
   5. (5) Other State, federal, or private industry-issued photograph identification.
2. B. The Commissioner shall ensure that a person younger than 18 years old who intends to visit an inmate is accompanied by an adult. The officer in charge of the visiting area may request identification for verification of age.
