1. A. Diminution credits awarded for participation in education programs may not be revoked under any circumstances.
2. B. Good conduct credit and special projects credit may be revoked as the result of an adjustment proceeding.

3. C. The Commissioner shall revoke all special projects credit for housing awarded under Regulation .04F of this chapter if, within 60 days before an inmate's release on mandatory supervision, the inmate is found guilty of an institutional rule violation for:

   1. (1) Assault;

   2. (2) Possession of:

      1. (a) A weapon or any other article which has been modified into a weapon;
      2. (b) An implement which could be reasonably used to perpetrate an escape;
      3. (c) A controlled dangerous substance or any intoxicating substance;
      4. (d) Unauthorized medication;
      5. (e) Stolen property; or
      6. (f) Cash, checks, or money orders in excess of the amount authorized under procedures established by the institution where the inmate is housed;
   3. (3) Escape; or
   4. (4) Attempted escape.
4. D. Credit revoked under this section may be restored under Regulation .06 of this chapter.
