1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of the Division of Correction or a designee.
   2. (2) “Division” means the Division of Correction.
   3. (3) “Subunit” means the Division of Correction institutions, minimum security State or contractual prerelease units, and State Use Industries.
   4. (4) “Warden” means the warden or a designee.
