1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Administration” means the Motor Vehicle Administration.
   2. (2) “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Motor Vehicle Administration.
   3. (3) “Fleet” means 10 or more vehicles.
   4. (4) “Multiyear registration period” means a period of up to 4 years.
   5. (5) “Owner” means a person, or persons, in whose name, or names, a vehicle is properly registered.
