1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Administration” means the Motor Vehicle Administration.
   2. (2) “Cancel” has the meaning stated in Transportation Article, §11-107, Annotated Code of Maryland.
   3. (3) “Commercial driver's license” has the meaning stated in Transportation Article, §11-109, Annotated Code of Maryland.
   4. (4) “Commercial motor vehicle” has the meaning stated in Transportation Article, §16-803, Annotated Code of Maryland.
   5. (5) “Disqualification” has the meaning stated in 49 CFR §383.5.
   6. (6) “Imminent hazard” has the meaning stated in 49 CFR §383.5.
   7. (7) “Serious traffic violation” has the meaning stated in 49 CFR §383.5.
