The purpose of these regulations is to establish:

1. A. Qualifications for employees designated under Transportation Article, §5-212.1, Annotated Code of Maryland, including prerequisites of character, training, experience, and education; and
2. B. Standards for the performance of the duties assigned to employees designated under Transportation Article, §5-212.1, Annotated Code of Maryland.
