Md. Code Regs. 11.02.01.01 – Applicability.

A. These regulations apply to employees of the Transportation Service Human Resources System (Transportation Service) established under the authority of Transportation Article, §2-103.4, Annotated Code of Maryland.
B. Exceptions.
1. (1) These regulations do not apply to Maryland Transit employees who are included under a collective bargaining agreement.
2. (2) AG employees are subject only to COMAR 11.02.03 and 11.02.13.
