In order to be licensed under this subtitle, a psychiatric rehabilitation program for adults (PRP-A) shall:

1. A. Provide community-based comprehensive rehabilitation and recovery services and supports, including, but not limited to:

   1. (1) Community living skills;
   2. (2) Activities of daily living; and
   3. (3) Family and peer support;
2. B. Promote successful community integration and use of community resources;

3. C. Be under the direction of a rehabilitation specialist who is:

   1. (1) A licensed mental health professional;
   2. (2) Certified by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification; or
   3. (3) Certified by the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association; and

4. D. Employ the rehabilitation specialist in §C of this regulation:

   1. (1) At least 20 hours per week when the program serves less than 30 individuals; or
   2. (2) 40 hours per week when the program serves 30 individuals or more.
