This chapter:

1. A. Establishes the requirements for an individual to practice clinical professional counseling;
2. B. Establishes standards of supervision and the responsibilities of supervisors and supervisees in the practice of clinical professional counseling;

3. C. Applies to licensees who:

   1. (1) Practice clinical professional counseling; and
   2. (2) Provide supervision for licensed graduate professional counseling; and
4. D. Applies to licensed graduate professional counselors who are in the process of obtaining the supervised clinical experience required by Health Occupations Article, §17-304.1, Annotated Code of Maryland.
