1. A. A person shall pay a fee as set forth in Regulation .02, of this chapter, by certified check or money order.

2. B. The Board shall provide a copy of this chapter:

   1. (1) Along with any application form or renewal form; and
   2. (2) To any other person upon request.
3. C. The Board may not refund a fee.
