1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Board” means the State Board for the Certification of Residential Child Care Program Professionals.
   2. (2) “Certificate” means a certificate issued by the Board to practice as a residential child care program administrator or a residential child and youth care practitioner.
   3. (3) “Sanction” means a formal disciplinary action reprimanding, restricting, suspending, or revoking a certificate.
