- A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
B. Terms Defined.
- (1) “Advertising” means using any medium to call to the attention of the public the services one has to offer.
- (2) “Board” means the State Board of Dietetic Practice.
- (3) “Dietitian or nutritionist” means an individual who holds a current license to practice dietetics in Maryland.
