The electrologist shall explain the following to the patient before treatment:

1. A. The treatment procedure, including standard precautions;
2. B. The modality used;
3. C. Hair growth cycles;
4. D. Regrowth;
5. E. The importance of keeping the follow-up treatment schedule;
6. F. Possible tissue reactions following treatment;
7. G. The importance of after-treatment care; and
8. H. The treatment fee.
