1. A. These regulations apply to any of the following individuals when the individual is involved in patient care activities:

   1. (1) Acupuncturist;
   2. (2) Dental hygienist;
   3. (3) Dentist;
   4. (4) Electrologist;
   5. (5) Employee of a health care facility;
   6. (6) Employee of a health care professional;
   7. (7) Mortician;
   8. (8) Nurse;
   9. (9) Physician;
   10. (10) Physician assistant; and
   11. (11) Podiatrist.
2. B. These regulations apply to any health care facility or private professional office where a health care worker is involved in patient care activities.
