This chapter:

1. A. Defines the Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program Fund;
2. B. Sets forth the responsibilities of the Maryland Department of Health with respect to the Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program Fund; and
3. C. Establishes eligibility criteria for receipt of HIV prevention and care services from the Fund.
