1. A. OADPO programs shall:

   1. (1) Submit all data for each reporting period on a quarterly basis as required by the Department, including:

      1. (a) The number of:

         1. (i) Participants served by the OADPO program;
         2. (ii) New participants registered by the OADPO program;

      2. (b) Demographic data of participants served by the OADPO program, including:

         1. (i) Age;
         2. (ii) Gender identity;
         3. (iii) Sexual orientation;
         4. (iv) Race;
         5. (v) Ethnicity;
         6. (vi) Zip code; and
         7. (vii) Types of drugs the participant reports using;
      3. (c) The number of hypodermic needles and syringes distributed and collected;
      4. (d) Each location where hypodermic needles and syringes were distributed; and
      5. (e) The number of referrals to services provided to participants listed in Health-General Article, §24-903(A)(6), Annotated Code of Maryland, and Regulation .05A(4) of this chapter; and
   2. (2) Collect data using methods that will not deter participants from utilizing OADPO program services.
2. B. The Department may conduct site visits to monitor and evaluate an OADPO program.
