1. A. The Commission may establish one or more ad hoc committees to assist in performing duties of the Commission.

2. B. An ad hoc committee established pursuant to §A of this regulation shall:

   1. (1) Limit its activities to the purpose for which it was formed; and
   2. (2) Be dissolved when the purpose for which it was formed has been satisfied or abandoned by the Commission.
